7. Under 18 fixtures

Teams are asked to arrive between 9.30am and 10.30am. There will be a coaches' briefing at 10.30am at the Event HQ (see site map).

At 11am teams are asked to muster on the terrace for an opening address from the Chair of Ipswich Rugby to welcome you to the EC Girls' Conference Finals before fixtures kick off.

Each pitch will have an allocated ‘Pitch Marshall’ to ensure running orders are kept on schedule. It is your team's responsibility to be ready to play at the allocated fixture times.

Late arrivals will result in reduced playing time. Any team over 5 mins late to their fixture will forfeit the game.

Under 18 format

There will be one U18 fixture due to player numbers. The fixture will be played on full pitch and will last 70 mins (2 x 35 min halves), with a 5 min half time period.

All other rules remain as per the RFU age grade regulations.
