Women's XV – The Scorpions | 2025/26 Season

The Ipswich RFC Women’s XV, proudly known as The Scorpions, compete in National Challenge 1 East, following their promotion in the 2023/24 season. This league-winning squad continues to grow in strength and numbers, blending experienced players, newcomers to the game, and talented athletes transitioning from our youth girls section, the Athenas.

Coaching & Support Team
We’re thrilled to welcome Amanda Jones as our newly appointed Head Coach for the 2025/26 season. Amanda brings fresh energy, leadership, and a strong vision for the future of women’s rugby at Ipswich RFC.

The squad is supported by Nick Williams, our dedicated team medic, who brings years of first responder experience to match days—ensuring player welfare is always a top priority.

Fixtures & Match Days

Most Scorpions fixtures take place on Sunday afternoons, with occasional Saturday home games throughout the season. We’d love to see you pitchside—your support makes all the difference.
