Ipswich RFC’s Men's 1st XV proudly competes in Counties 1 Eastern Counties – London & South East (Level 7), representing the club with passion, grit, and a commitment to excellence.

Coaching & Support Team
Our senior men's setup is led by Adam Pickering, Head Coach, supported by:
- Jeff Searle – Senior Coach
- Tony Welham – Team Manager
- Lucy Meyer– Team Physio

Adam also oversees coaching delivery across the club in collaboration with Oliver Hall, Vice Chair (Playing), ensuring consistency and quality at every level.

We’re also excited to welcome Ian Simpson, our newly appointed Head of Performance, whose expertise will drive player development and high-performance standards throughout the club.

Training & Recruitment
The 2025/26 season is off to a strong start across all squads. We welcome new players of all abilities to join our friendly, ambitious club.
Senior men's training takes place every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm—just turn up and get involved!

Prefer to cheer from the sidelines? Join us on Saturday afternoons for home fixtures.
