AGM 17:30 start - updates and discussion on key club matters

Getting involved in both Volunteers Day and the AGM is a great way to support the club and stay connected with what’s going on. We need as many people as possible at both to get IRFC in the best shape for the new season - please join us for the day!

Volunteers’ Day – 10:00 to 16:30
Pitch in and help spruce up our facilities before the new season. We’ll be kicking off from 10:00 and working through to around 16:30 but please join for however much time you can spare.

As a thank you, we’ll be putting on a free BBQ lunch for all volunteers, and the bar will be open too.

Planned jobs include:

Painting the main function room
Washing down and painting the clubhouse exterior as needed
Cleaning and possibly painting the changing rooms
Cleaning and painting gents toilets
Clean, rub down and repaint main Men's shower room ceiling
Paint outside boiler room door
Deep clean and reorganise cellar and bar area
Deep clean tiles in women's changing room
Wash down advert boards and signs
Paint car park pitch fencing
If not completed by 12th July assist with earth moving to fix main pitch
Litter picking across the grounds
Wash down patio area

Can you assist with providing any of the following?

DIY ladders
Shovels
Wheel barrows
Cordless strimmers
Electric sanders and sand paper

If so, please bring them along on the day - the more the better. Thank you!

All ages welcome. Please note that anyone under 15 must have parental consent to take part.

AGM – starts at 17:30

Hosted by IRFC Chairman Mike Hancock, the AGM is a chance to hear how things are going, have your say on club matters and help shape plans for the future. Whether you’ve been around for years or are new to the club, everyone’s input is appreciated.

We’ll be discussing key matters including:

Chairman’s report on the past year
Future of playing at IRFC
Latest update on land issues
Appointment of club officials

The final AGM agenda will be shared with members six weeks in advance, so keep an eye on your inboxes.

You do not need to RSVP for either event, please just turn up. Whether you can give an hour or the whole day, every bit of help and input makes a difference. Thank you in advance for your time and support.
