After a couple of gentle warm ups, preseason has well and truly begun at Humber Doucy Lane. The coaching team of Jim, Tim and Andy were joined by u15 Head Coach and physical guru John Reynolds (https://www.jrstt.co.uk/) to put the players through their paces and discover muscles they never knew existed.
Big thanks to top chef Rob Kersey for laying on post-training food for the players, which will be a regular occurrence on Thursdays (watch this space for more info).
Preseason training continues on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout July and August. New players are very welcome to come along and join in (for free!) and all existing (men and ladies) players are encouraged to come along and swell the great numbers at training even more!
