School of rugby - success for U13s
Over 350 of the best players from all clubs and schools across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge compete for less than 30 places” at the eastern school of rugby. This year 9 of the final 30 came from Ipswich U13s ( the most from any club in any year ); some of whom are in their seventh season with Ipswich. These boys will go on to compete for representative places in the Eastern Counties U14 team next season.

From the final SoR squad Northampton Saints invite boys into their Elite Player Development Group ( EPDG ) and we’re very pleased that two of our squad have achieved places. They are: Robert Smith and Charlie Kenworthy (pictured below).
